Baxter is a 60 years Old Grandfather and he is working as a Prison Warder from Barwon.
At the Australian Tattoo and Body Art Exhibition in melbourne he said he is hoping to obtain a guinness world record with the simpsons tattoo on his back
His tattoo include 203 The simpsons Character and Baxter is seeking for "Most Tattoo Of The Same Cartoon Character Tattooed On The Body". The Guinness Officials told him his tattoo would be eligible because all the character are from the same show.
His tattoo include baby stewie from Fox cartoon Family guy. Guinness has accepted his application for the record but there are still some paper work to submit.
The simpson writer David Mirkin said he is impressed with Baxter's tattoo.
