Femi Adesina, the assistant to the president on media and publicity has announced today February 5, Friday, that President Buhari went on short vacation.
The Vice-president will take over as the Acting-president while the president is away on vacation.
In compliance with the constitution, a notice has being sent to the senate president and the speaker of the house of representative.
This will be his first vacation since ascending the post of presidency and he is expected to be back at the weekend.
