The speaker of the house of representative Aminu Tambuwal grabs the All Progressive Congress primary gubanitorial election in Sokoto State.
Meanwhile in Delta, Olorogun o'tega Emerhor won, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello won in Niger, Mr Umana Okon won in Akwa Ibom.
In Rivers state, Dr Dakuku Peterside got the ticket, while in Enugu State Okey Ezea got the ticket.
Mohammed Jibrilla wins the Governorship Primaries in Adamawa State, Nasir El-Rufia won in kaduna State.
Some present governors also got a re-run ticket for the second term, the likes of Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe state, Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State and AbdulFatah Ahmed of Kwara State.
