According to NAN, the distribution of the cards which commenced on monday was to end on wednesday.
Two Million cars has being supplied out of 3.5 million to be issued to verified voyers in the state.
Haliru Tambawel who is the resident electoral commissioner made it known to NAN in kaduna, stated that lapses emanated from it and would therefore not penalise the general public through no fault of theirs.
And also the exercise will not end where it was yet to start.
Any local government, ward and polling unit where the pvc distribution will commence will be the first day and the pvc will be a continous exercise until a day to the 2015 general election.
